Ordering and Shipping FAQ's
Q. How do I place a window film order? A. Our Faux Steel film comes in standard width sizes and is sold by the roll.
When you click the "add to cart" button, just change the number in the quantity box to
however many roll you need of that particular size. If you are ordering more than one
sized roll, order your first size and quantity, then hit your browser's back button.
This will return you to the Product Purchase page. Add to your shopping cart any
additional sized rolls. Once you are returned to your cart, all your order should be in
it.
Q. I want to purchase 2 different sized rolls of
steel. The shopping cart will not let me add another roll of a different size. If I
order 2 different rolls, I will be charged 2 shipping and handling fees. Can this be worked
around? A. Yes! Here is what to do.
Order both rolls (2 different orders). Soon after the orders are completed. Email me at
the following address letting me know of the 2 orders. I will refund the lesser of the 2

Q. Do you accept orders from outside
the US? A. No, we do not
accept orders from countries other than the US.
Q. Which payment methods do you accept? A. We accept credit cards through PayPal.
Q. How long will it take to get my
order? A. Orders usually take
approximately 7 to 10 days to arrive at your home. If it's longer than expected and
you haven't yet received your USPS shipment tracking confirmation, just email us at:

Q: Is it possible to get my order Rushed? A. Yes! After you have completed
your order, email us at tom@fauxamore.com with your delivery desires. We will do our best
to get your order to you within your timeframe.
Q. Which shipping
methods do you use? A. We ship via US Postal Service by 3 day ground or Priority
mail.
Q. What is your return/refund
policy? A. We do accept returns,
however we do not refund shipping & handling charges, only the retail price of the film.
The film must be returned to us at your expense and it cannot have been cut,
installed or damaged in any way. It must be returned to us in resale condition
for a refund to be issued. Please advise us of any returns by email using this

Q. What should I do if the film is damaged during
shipment? A. We provide insurance for shipping damage, and once
notified, ship you a replacement order.
Please email us at the following address: tom@fauxamore.com Give us your PayPal email address and the date you ordered your
film. If you have it, you can forward the PayPal purchase receipt you received when the
order went through. We will ship your replacement film ASAP.
